Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is elected for staggered three-year terms at annual membership meetings. The Board, in turn, elects the Executive Director and other officers (for one-year terms) and sets over-all policies. Every person or organization which regularly contributes services, money, or necessary resources assisting in the operation of the organization is eligible for membership and to hold office. Board members are expected to be present and participate in meetings held at least four times each year. All Board Members serve without compensation, as a volunteer service to the community.
